Alexander Koistinen - founder and director
Alexander founded Schlyter in 2015. He has more than 30 years of professional experience from the energy, telco, defense and public administration sectors. He speaks Swedish, English, Spanish and French. As captain in the Swedish army reserve, he served in peacekeeping missions in the Balcans and West Africa.
Frantisek Kolator - self-employed
Frantisek is an experienced professional specialising in energy and IT systems, with a strong focus on functional analysis, solution design, and project leadership. He has led cross-border initiatives in the European energy market, bridging client needs with technical solutions. With a background in managing international teams and delivering complex projects, he combines analytical expertise with effective communication and leadership skills.
